THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai yoga massage is an ancient healing practice that combines acupressure, stretching, and energy work to promote physical and spiritual well-being. It's a unique form of bodywork, often performed on a floor mat, where the client is fully clothed and the massage therapist uses their hands, elbows, knees, and feet, to apply pressure and guide the body into various stretches and yoga-like poses. 

Thai yoga massage is based on the concept of energy lines (Sen) in the body, similar to the concept of meridians in Chinese medicine, where blockages can lead to physical and emotional imbalances. It involves rhythmic like compressions and stretches, to produce a therapeutic and meditative experience.
