Mark has been treating me for around 10 years now, and as a cross fitter and regular gym user getting into my 40s I’ve had many occasions I’ve needed to call on him for help with a variety of injuries.
Before Mark i had many physios and most struggled to pinpoint and diagnose what was really going on, taking multiple sessions to really have any effect. But once I found Mark I’ve had no need for any other physios, he has an uncanny ability to pinpoint the exact issue and address the underlying problem within the first session, every time. I always come away in a better state than before I visited, and with his advice able to alter my exercise to allow the injury to heal, while continuing to train.
